adidas Pacers at Singapore Marathon 2008
November 21st, 2008It’s official!
David Tay, a veteran from Triathlon Family will lead a team of pacers at this year’s Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon.

There will be a pacer group for every 15mins interval from 3:45hr - 5:30hr for full marathon, and 1:45hr - 2:15hr for half marathon.
The pacing team will be featured on ESPN Star Sports - filming will take place on 22 Nov (Sat) at East Coast Park - the team’s usual training venue.
You are all welcome to join the training (6:30am at the skating ring next to McDonalds).

OSIM Hong Kong Triathlon 2008

Marathon Charity Swim (16 Nov 2008)
September 16th, 2008Trifam would like to encourage members to support Marathon Charity Swim 2008 organised by Student Advisory Centre.
It will be an open water swim at East Coast with distances of 10km/5km/2km
Each participant is required to raise at least $500 for the Centre to reach out and help youths at risk of dropping out of school, or engage in deliquent activities.

September 8th, 2008Congratulations to all participants who have completed the Aviva Ironman 70.3
It was a nice day - calm sea, strong head-wind, and hot sun :)
Whether it is your 1st or 10th Ironman race, we look forward to reading your race report in the forum.
Kudos to the organisers for putting this race together for everyone to enjoy.
