Look down more, don't look up too much. by looking down, you also have a better hydrodynamic

There is a different between a public pool and a private pool.....U cannot look down in a public pool when there are many  swimmers .

Did you hit your head coz you miss the 'T' at every turn?

That was my problem. I still don't know how to do a flip turn but I am getting there. My head don't kiss the wall anymore.

Hello Azachorn

I have been learning how to do a somersault turn in the last 4 swims, very difficult leh , too many things to remember

Hi guys, i'm having intense headache after every swim. It gets so bad like i feel my neck is going to snap. The pain is like at the back bottom of my head. Usually i swim 750m set x 3 per session. Anyone here experience the same problem? I hate to use painkiller if i have a choice....

I've found it can happen for two reasons. Sometimes your goggle straps can push against your head on sensitive areas. Try changing where your goggles straps sit. It can also happen if you are looking forward a lot and 'jamming up' the back of your neck.
