The Ironman St. George is well under way. Singaporeans, Clifford and Nigel surfaced safely, just minutes apart. May they have a splendid day. Apparently, the bike leg has been relatively windless. Another two Singaporeans join them.

Here is an interview in two-parts with Tobias Frenz aka Actuarix - our little-known triathlete/endurance athlete extant. He is the winner of the triple Ironman in UAE a few years back, and has completed Kona. More surprises in Part 2, with commentary with Dr Kua Harn Wei.
